6K a year What to Expect The Megafactory Training Team is looking for a highly motivated individual to support training needs in Lathrop.
This is candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating new hire training for all our Lathrop new hires as well as providing ongoing training for existing team members.
They will need to be knowledgeable and have hands on experience in a production environment.
The successful candidate is flexible, confident, and can communicate with different levels of the organization (associate, technician, managers, engineering, etc.
) to achieve training targets and goals.
You will be expected to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate.

This position is hiring for 2nd shift:

What You'll Do Work collaboratively with the Tesla onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition into training including scheduling, logistics, and communication Effectively allocate different groups into the appropriate training to prepare them for their role Over communicate with students, stakeholders, managers, etc.
what training is planned and completed based on their needs Ensure constant engagement with manufacturing, remanufacturing, material handlers, etc.
to keep up to date with the latest revisions of process operations Facilitate live trainings for new hires, exiting employees and any other training that may require formal training Ensure attendance is properly captured for each instructor led or computer-based training Ensure the Learning Management System (LMS) is accurate to ensure we are teaching the latest revision of each course Assist with ensuring Versatility Charts are up to date and accurate Set the expectations of new hires according to Tesla standards so they understand safety, quality, and efficiency What You'll Bring Minimum of 2 years working in Tesla Production (Lead experience preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong presenter with passion to facilitate large groups Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Role models core values of integrity, collaboration, and getting it done Demonstrates professionalism including communication, dress, and attitude Proven ability to be highly organized with a strong attention to detail Background or understanding of adult learning principles is a plus Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) also a plus Must be passionate about our mission and share the excitement with others.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
