Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Landscape Maintenance Supervisor based in our Lathrop, CA office to service the Central Valley regionThe Landscape Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding In-N-Out Burger restaurantsGeneral Responsibilities Take care of the landscape at approximately 55 In-N-Out Burger stores, covering areas including Seaside, San Jose, Lathrop, Bakersfield, and the state of Utah Spend at least 80% of time in the field visiting assigned store locations Perform such duties as meeting with Store Managers and maintenance contractors Audit store landscaping; complete irrigation system checks Troubleshoot problems; Develop recommendations for small improvement projects Assist with the supervision of landscape installations and renovations Work Schedule

Approximately 80% of the Landscape Maintenance Supervisor's time is spent in the field; 20% of the time is spent in the office in Lathrop, CA Overnight travel will be required, including 1 trip per month out of state, including Utah Most assignments are day trips; however, assignments at distant locations may involve a one or two night hotel stay Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Profit Sharing Plan and 401(k) Plan Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in relevant coursework such as:
