We are a privately owned GP Veterinary, community based small animal clinic seeking loyal and dedicated individuals.
Experience with NEO software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Collect and update patient information in the computer system - Assist with filing and organizing medical records - Provide basic information to clients about pet care and veterinary services - Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping - Knowledge of basic pet care and veterinary terminology - Proficiency in computer systems and software NO walk ins or phone calls.

Full day shifts consists of 10 hour shifts (4 days/ week) or 8 hour shifts (5 days/week).
