Ideally the applicant would be open to initially providing Windows tutorials as well as simplifying the file management process.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching PC / Windows tutorials - Assisting with PC troubleshooting and setting up file management systems - Basic QB invoicing and reconcilliation.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks - Knowledge PC / Windows.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
