8K a year What to Expect The Facilities Operations Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective use of planning and scheduling resources to conduct maintenance activities, which result in minimum downtime and maximum productivity.
In order to fulfill these responsibilities in the most effective manner, the Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with Tesla's policies and procedures, managing work priority, developing job plans, defining parts and material, determining crafts and skills and engaging the proper resources to develop a safe, effective and efficient work control plan.
In addition, the Planner provides the equipment-related expertise and technical guidance for improving Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
What You'll Do Main point of contact for Facilities Operations planning and trouble response, including flux dispatch Coordinate preventative maintenance and repair activities on a variety of Facilities equipment and systems Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all facilities equipment used in the manufacturing facility Provide periodic reports on maintenance and repair activities Improve equipment uptime thru breakdown review and analysis Add and modify PMs for new and existing equipment based on supplier recommendations and maintenance team feedback Manage Facilities Work Order system and follow up with personnel to ensure that work orders are completed and turned in with in a timely fashion Establish and maintain equipment and spare parts inventory and identify / order needed parts, maintain tracking system Assist with developing and delivering training in subject matter expertise Responsible for all purchase requisition (PR'S) for the Fac Ops team, including setting up and documenting meetings What You'll Bring At least 5 years of experience with Facilities systems and equipment 2 years as a planner desired Ability to create KPI Dashboards and charts PM development and implementation Equipment spare parts management Define and develop a training plan Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs, Advanced Excel preferred Proficient in using a CMMS database (Fiix, Flux) Self-directed /positive attitude - able to work towards specific goals and objectives with limited oversight Open minded, positive attitude, and highly flexible and able to work weekends if needed Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
