Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained - Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests or direct calls to the appropriate department - Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying guest identification and collecting necessary documentation - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Shifts are 7a to 3p, 3p-11p, and/or 11p-7a Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest management - Problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues effectively - Ability to work well in a team environment Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change.
