The Maintenance Supervisor leads the Maintenance employees, which is responsible for all maintenance aspects for the aseptic process facility.

14 hours of OT included every 2 weeks.
Responsibilities:
Remove obstacles for the team.
Provide timely feedback and corrective action for attendance, performance, and policy compliance.
Monitor performance to meet goals.
Schedule and oversee tasks during maintenance windows.
Collaborate on RCAs for quality and performance issues.
Promote team safety and operational knowledge.
Ensure training for team members.
Manage parts procurement and stock.
Verify work order completion and documentation.
Work with Maintenance Planner on document updates.
Coach and correct outages.
Set and communicate priorities with the shift teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering preferred 10
years of experience in processing/production.
Track record in improving production lines.
Demonstrated skills in employee development and performance management.
Proficiency in engineering management software (e.
g.
, M.
S.
Project, CAD).
