Job
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, service and repair the computerized systems and robotic devices that are designed to reduce human interaction, such as robotic assembly devices and computer-controlled building air-conditioning systems.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems such as PLC programs, motor VFD's and other electronic systems.
Troubleshoot, Modify, and Maintain a variety of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) using ,Historian, Compact-Logix, Allen Bradley PLC 5, Allen Bradley SLC 500, Allen Bradley CLX 5500, Allen Bradley Panel View platforms.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED2 years' experience in the following:
oElectrical Instrumentation and calibration.
oPLC programming and troubleshooting of programs oElectrical and PLC documentation reading and writing.
oTraining in electrical, electronics and PLCs.
oExperience VFDs and motion control.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Certifications from an accredited program in Electronics, Industrial Power, Robotics, and / or AutomationSpecific, in depth technical knowledge and expertise with Tetra Pak and/or Stork Aseptic filling equipmentKnowledge of electrical and mechanical operation and optimization of Food Process and Packaging systems.
Experience in Aseptic Processing and Packaging Systems.
Beckhoff Automation PLC and HMI experience Robotics experience Demonstrated experience in vision inspection systems (Cognex, Keyence, etc.
