Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the quality control process for construction projects - Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with construction codes and regulations - Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in construction processes - Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality control issues - Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices - Monitor and evaluate the performance of construction teams to ensure adherence to quality standards - Document and report any quality control issues or non-compliance incidents
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality control within the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards - Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Skills:
