This position will be responsible for the prep and painting of In-N-Out Burger restaurant locations and other company facilities throughout Northern California.
General Responsibilities Paint the interior and exterior of In-N-Out Burger restaurants and other company facilities Use brush and roller, airless, HVLP, and a variety of paint products Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures, etc.
Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
Operating, maintaining and cleaning all equipment Completing necessary paperwork Completion of work orders and projects in a timely manner Pre-painting preparation including supply estimation, scraping, patching, sanding and clean up Painting of restaurants and other company facilities Follow all health and safety precautions Work Schedule
Benefits Full-time position, Hourly, Non-Exempt Pay Range is $18.
50-$23.
00 per hour (Painter Helper or Apprentice Painter) Pay Range is $26.
50-$30.
50 per hour (Journeyman Painter) The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition.
Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors.
4 nights per week, 10-hour shifts Work Days:
Tuesday-Friday -mostly no weekends! On-Call availability required Hours:

Ideally the candidate would live within 40 miles of the Lathrop warehouse Travel:
Driving is required throughout northern California Company van and Painting tools will be provided Travel:
45% travel out of town and out of state, including overnight hotel stays for up to a week or more Excellent full-time Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Profit Sharing Plan and 401(k) retirement Plan Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Painter; or, In-N-Out Burger store associate experience preferred; willing to train a Store associate how to be a Painter! Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them Ability to use appropriate tools (paint brushes, caulking guns, etc.
) Familiarity with OSHA general safety practices for the painting industry preferred In-N-Out Burger store experience (preferred, but not required); Must be in good standing Great attention to detail Represent the company in a positive and professional manner Physical requirements:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
