Responsible for assisting with preparing new homes for buyers using company policies and meeting company standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES Read, implement all aspects of Buyer Friendly policies Prepare home for walk thru under direction of Project Superintendent Coordinate, schedule, and implement homeowner repairs under work orders prepared by Buyer Services Coordinator Analyze and negotiate change orders with Subs under Superintendent's supervision Address Homeowner and perform work in professional manner Provide explanation of process that we are undertaking Monitor model maintenance as directed Assistant in preparation of model openings Conduct homeowner walks as directed Address homeowners and perform work in a professional manner Provide homeowner with explanation of process that will be undertaken to complete repair Carry VDDC Information Manual on all walks and repair services to be used as a reference Review and negotiate EWO's and C/o's under Super's supervision Provide laborer services as needed Provide suggestions for cost savings and improved practices for constructing defect-free homes Assist in minimizing inventory home maintenance and utility costs Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Valid California Driver's License with clean DMV, required.
New home construction experience, preferred.
Customer Service experience, preferred.
