Customer Service Rep II - 1st Shift

As the Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for maintaining workflow by assisting managers and supervisors with¬ the¬ coordination of warehouse duties such as inventory, creating packaging slips and reports, and picking customer orders. You will also perform heavy data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and bills of lading. What you'll do on a typical day:¬ 




  • Coordinate workload allocation between the warehouse workers, material handlers and drivers¬ ¬ 



  • Prepare work orders; troubleshoots orders and resolves discrepancies as needed¬ 



  • Allocate and release orders sent for loading and unloading¬ 



  • Allocate and research inventory for orders¬ 



  • Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight¬ 





  • Maintain and generate required reports; properly process, audit and file¬ various documentation¬ 



  • Provide customer service to incoming callers, customers and carriers¬ 



  • Assist other employees in the performance of their assigned duties when necessary¬ 



What you need to succeed at XPO:¬ 


At a minimum, you'll need:¬ 




  • High school diploma or equivalent¬ 



  • 1 or more years of customer service experience¬ 



  • Proficiency¬ with¬ Microsoft Office Suite¬ 



  • Ability to work a flexible schedule¬ when needed¬ 



It'd be great if you also have:¬ 




  • 1 or more years of experience in a warehouse setting¬ 



  • Ability to communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees, and management¬ 



  • Highly organized with proven ability to multitask¬

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
