Vehicle Description LOCATED IN LATHROP, CALIFORNIA (CENTRAL VALLEY AREA) Selling our 1954 Mercury Monterey cruiser.
Has a rebuilt 256 Ford Y-Block engine with 42,300 miles on it with a Merc-O-Matic transmission.
Car has been converted to 12V, Mallory Ignition system, 4 Barrel Holley carburetor, new power steering system installed and transmission has recently been rebuilt with all fluids serviced and oil changed.
Recent work done to the vehicle in July was a new electric fuel pump and new starter switch and oil and trans fluids.
I have the original skirts for it in the trunk.
Interior is in fair condition and headliner looks brand new still.
There is a slight stitch opening on the front driver side seat and interior doesn't have any visible rips.
The original Mercury hood has been grafted with a 1953 Lincoln for a custom mod look and is ready for paint.
This car has been in the family for over 20 years and is very sentimental for this sell.
It's a great car for cruising and for the next owner to take it to the next level :
) It has always been garaged and in the summer days we take it out on occasional Saturdays.
Serious buyers only and owner will ask a few questions first before any appointments are planned to see the car.
For interested buyers can request more images.
Thanks! Joey.
